ZG6000-I is a type of fully automatic filling meat machine,adopted vane pump for filling,driven by servo motor,HMI including touchable screen and computer controlling and equiped with twisting machine.
Function for filling including minced meat sausage, natural casing type, collage casing and fiber casing type of sausage,also for all kinds of bottle and boxed products.
Automatic compensator attached on the hose machine makes the precision of every portion quantity reach ±2.5g,with advantages of soft delivery of materails.All of filling speed,twisting speed,quantity of twisted roll and weight of every portion of material can be adjusted.
Filling in vacuum condition.Turnover bucket for convenient washing.Made of high quality stainless steel,critical parts are through special treatment,durable and abrision resistance.All of controlling parts are imported overseas.
Through advanced treatment processing,the surface of the filling machine is not only beautiful to look,but with a compact structure,convenience for operation and maintenance,also with safty protection device.
